RETURNS PROCEDURE

 

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the guidelines below:

 

Eligible Items: All returned items must be in a new, unused condition, with the original packaging, labels, and tags intact. Clothing should be unworn, unwashed, and furniture should not display any signs of use or assembly.

 

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your items, and the return must be initiated promptly thereafter.

 

Request Initiation: To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer support team via email or our website’s return portal. Ensure you have your order number and relevant details on hand to expedite the process.

 

Packaging: Please return the items in their entirety, including all parts, accessories, and any original documentation (manuals, warranties, etc.) that came with the product.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

 

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, items such as masks, undergarments, and certain accessories cannot be returned. Customized furniture pieces are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Return Eligibility: For apparel, all items must be in their original, unused condition, packaged as received, with tags and labels intact. For furniture, returns will only be accepted if the items have not been assembled or used.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your furniture or apparel arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we will arrange for a return and either issue a replacement or process a refund.

 

Original Packaging: All original barcodes, labels, identification tags, and packaging must be present and unaltered. Any missing or tampered packaging may result in the rejection of the return during the Quality Check process.

 

Multiple Product Returns: You may return multiple items from the same order in one request, as long as all items meet the return criteria outlined.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Once we receive your returned items, they will undergo a thorough inspection to verify their condition. You will receive an email confirmation upon our receipt of your return, as well as the status of your refund approval or denial.

 

Refund Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within five to seven (5-7) business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may occur.

 

Refund Denial: In cases where the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in our policy (e.g., damaged, used, or missing original packaging), your refund request may be denied.

Due to the size and nature of furniture items, additional return conditions apply:

 

Return Shipping: For furniture returns, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot process refunds for items damaged during return shipping.

 

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for furniture items depending on the condition and nature of the return.
